How to add users
Log in to your account.
In the main navigation, click “Services.”
Consumer CardsLog in
For consumer cards, under “Account,” select the “Add Authorized User” option and verify identity. Be sure to have the legal name, date of birth and social security number for each person you want to add. Their card will be sent to your address we have on file.
Business CardsLog in
For business cards, under “Account,” select the “Manage Employees” option and verify identity. Be sure to have the legal name, date of birth, social security number and address ready for each employee you want to add. Their card will be sent to the business address we have on file.

No. There is no additional charge for adding an authorized user.
Your privacy and security are important to us, which is why we will ask you to verify your identity before you proceed. When you click on Submit Your Request, you will be prompted to provide your zip code, the last four digits of your credit card number, and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
